A lit candle stands at one end of a straight rail, with a series of small gates between it and a rope that holds the crystal out of reach of the player. To reach the rope, the gates have to be raised in sequence with a variety of contraptions on the other side of the room, meaning the player has to contort themselves to raise the gates and wind the candle along its path at the same time.
